I recently had to file a claim with my insurance company, State Farm, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I called my Agent, Trey Nelms, before business hours and left a voicemail explaining my situation. Within 10 minutes, an agent from his office called me back, ready to assist. The agent I worked with, Meghan Andrejczuk, went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and took the time to make sure I understood each step along the way. Not only that, but she called me a few days later to check in, see how I was doing, and see if I had any additional questions. The claim was processed smoothly, and I felt truly taken care of. I couldn’t ask for better service— Trey Nelms and his team had my back 100% and I am so so grateful. Highly recommend!

I have been with State Farm for many years. I have stayed with them because in my opinion they give 100% every time. Over the years...they have always responded quickly to any questions I have needed answers about They always go over options for whatever I'm looking for and are very knowledgeable and happy to share information on all the polices , prices what is covered, what is not etc.I have with them at present policies that cover cover two houses and my car. This however is not the only reasonsI have stayed with them. They care about what's going on with the people they are covering. Fo all the years they have taken care of my needs..Trey,Jordan, Megan, Ashley...no matter who I talk with they are so very nice and hospitable..I love that about them. I get that home town feel . I don't feel like I'm getting shuffled thru. It means a lot to me...I recommend them highly. They are all 5 star in my book.

All of the staff is great to work with. They always answer the phone and are very knowable and very helpful. If you need auto home or life insurance this is the place to call

The people at Trey Nelms State Farm have always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I have spoken to everyone there at some point and they ALL were (are) amazing to us and Treated us like family! I am sad we were dropped but understand why and it was not any fault of this agency - Trey spoke with me and he was more than willing to try and appeal it for me! I appreciate the service and hard work everyone put in for us. Even after all this everyone is still wonderful in helping me with past claim issues and questions I have about insurance!
