"I have been with State Farm for many years. I have stayed with them because in my opinion they give 100% every time. "Trey Nelms is the worst agent I have ever had to deal with. I had State Farm for years under Wade Dyer with no issues what so ever. Once Wade retired my contract was reassigned to Trey. He immediately canceled my auto insurance and when I sold my home he wouldn't pick up my new home even though it's brand new and should have no issues for years. He has his employees call because he can't be bothered to deliver bad news and has them blame it on State Farm. Don't waste your time and energy and most importantly money going with Trey Nelms. You will be disappointed."
